My life has taken many paths. I grew up in Farmland, Indiana and graduated from Monroe Central High School in 1979. Yes I know that seems like a long time ago to most of you.
After I graduated from High School, I went into the U. S. Navy. Not a lot of women enlisted in the Navy back then. Boot camp was still segregated (that means there were only women in my boot camp) and yes, boot camp is as bad as they say it is. I survived though and began seeing a little more of the world than just our lovely corn and soy bean fields of Indiana.
I was an advanced avionics technician and worked on F14 Tomcat jets in the Navy. Back then women couldn't go on ships but I was stationed in Bermuda for a little over a year. Bermuda is beautiful and the people are warm and friendly.
I married my husband while in the Navy and we eventually moved to Minnesota.

Over spring break I do not go anywhere or do much of anything. I spent my spring break working at Doggie Daycare and Pet Hotel. I worked with dogs, cats, and a hamster. Doggie Daycare is a place to board your pets while you’re on vacation. I worked there helping out the owner and taking care of people’s animals.
For Spring Break I flew down to Florida by myself. When I got down there i met up with family and went to the house. We went Golfing and on the course there were a lot of alligators, i thouched one baby gator when it wasn’t looking with a club. I knew when i got down there i had a suprise but I didn’t know what, we ended up going to a spring training game with the Tampa bay rays and the New York Yankees. I got to meet a couple players and got to go onto the field. Before Florida though i bowled in a T.K.O bowling tournament where i got second in my division.
My Spring break was little bit boring but kinda fun in A way. I helped my mom and her fiancé move into there house.i cleaned stuff around the house it was kinda like spring cleaning. I listened to music, ate food, and watched Netflix. Talked to my friends and bf too.
I went to Ohio over the break we went to my dads friends house the we were off on our way to newyork. We went to see lady liberty. We went to sleepy hollow.
What I did over break was boaring i went to white water. I was board because zach had a friend go with him. The weirdest thing is the place I went had no water. The place was boaring to be honest we stayed is a cabin. The cabin was a decent size. Zach and his friend stayed in the room and I stayed in the couch that came out to a bed. My dog had to sleep with me. He is the most annoying dog ever. All he dose is walk around st night because he sleeps during the day.
Over break I really didn’t do much. I got to go to this cabin for like 4 days. The cabin is like 2 hours from my house, so really I didn’t travel far. But we don’t have to travel far as a family to have fun. Really what I like to do is make a fire and just have fun as a family or just sit there with my buddy Lucas because he got to come with me. When I got back on the Thursday I just went right back to work. I made like $400 over break because really all I did when I was home was work. But I also got to go see my girlfriend a couple times and we had some fun. Well that was my break I really hope next year will be better, but if it isn’t better it don’t matter.
My spring brake was pretty great, I worked all spring brake no joke! I’m a producer and it’s becoming my job for real. My partner in ATL he has had placements with major artist in Atlanta. He found me on social media, him and I haven’t even been working together for a year yet and we have already have so much work done. Over spring brake like I would go to sleep really late and wake up early and I was like dumb tired like I blacked out one night because I was staying up to late. I can’t remember what day but i stayed up till 4 and work up at 9 and started working right away, my partner said “slow motion is better then no motion” I will never forget that quote, that’s about it.
It all started at 2:00 on Friday March 24, we are going to Great Wolf Lodge, and I’m taking a friend, next come a 2 and a half hour drive. 2 and a half hours later we arrive there, we check into our room set our luggage down look around and then we go down stairs to have dinner at the buffet they have. My friend and I go look in the gift shop and look around we get matching ankle bracelets and a Loki bracelet. Now we go up stairs to change on to our bathing suits and we take the elevator down to the water park. We stay there and swim for about 4 hours. We go back to our room and change and then we go to this store and buy this game called magi quest you play with a wand and a book and you go around Great Wolf Lodge and you have o complete all these quest it is really fun. We go back up to our room when we are down for the night with that and change into our pajamas and watch tv for awhile the we go to bed. We wake up the next morning go down stairs and eat breakfast at the buffet, when we are down eating we go up stairs and change into our swimsuits again and go swimming again for 2 hours and then we done we order some pizza. Once again we are done eating we play some more magi quest. We leave at 3:00 p.m. Now another 2 and a half hour drive home. That night which was Saturday night my mom, step dad, and me go see the new “Beauty and the Beast” and let me tell you that was an amazing movie. That was my spring break.
When I was walking in Bloomington this weekend I saw a women walking up and down the street flashing…her pet teddy bear. The bear was fluffy and large with a dark brown color. When I walked by the lady, I thought she was going to hug me with the bear. Once I got back to my hotel room my parents told me to go give the lady a dollar for being so funny.
During my spring break I had nothing to do. Then my parents decided to travel to Bloomington, Indiana. My dad had a purpose of going to Bloomington was because of a Sheriff convention. I had to go to watch my brother while my father went to go to the convention. I helped by walking the city with my brother and shopping with my mom. We also bought shoes, clothes, and other fun stuff.
As a family we went down to the pool on my dads freetime. When my dad left for the convention during the early mornings I would exercise, then I’d eat a healthy breakfast right after my one mile run. Then I’d get in the hot tub and help with my brother the rest of the day.
Over Spring Break, the only thing I did was have baseball practice. Monday through Friday, I had two practices. The only other thing I did, other than baseball, was that I watched college basketball with my brother and his friends. We made it out to be like a party. We ordered three pizzas and went to Concannons to get some doughnuts. I think we stayed until two in the morning every night. This Spring Break was boring but fun.
All I did was ride ballstate and I stayed at a few friends house. My break was okay, but kind of boring. I could’ve went to Florida, but I decided to stay in Muncie.
For this spring break I stayed in Muncie. It wasn’t really fun because it was cold and rainy. The plus side was that I got to sleep in and didn’t have to go to school. I went to my friends house a lot, and we got ice cream. I also had to help her dog sit, and that was fun because I like dogs.
For spring break I mainly slept and watched YouTube. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday I worked. On Tuesday for my lunch break I got to see my best friend that I haven’t seen in a while, Katie McCormick. For the first time in two years I got to spend the night with Api. That’s about all I did, other than helping my sister move into her new apartment during the rest of the time.
All I did for spring break was build my new bedroom with my dad and brother, and move my stuff into it. I also caught up on Shadowhunters and watched Fifty Shades Darker. On Friday I went to the mall with a friend.
Over Spring Break, I stayed home for the week and babysat my little brother. Over the weekend I went to my bestfriend’s house. We had a huge bonfire and we just hung out for the night. I spent the night with her and we went shopping at the mall on the next day.
Over spring break my parents, siblings, and I went it a resort, and we didn’t get the rooms or bedding we asked for. I stayed with my grandparents the rest of the time.
For my spring break all I did was stay home and practice baseball. The team had 2-a-days all of spring break. When I wasn’t at the baseball field I was at home playing 2k on the PS4
For my spring break I went to Michigan. I was able to stay with my little brother for a few days. I also got to stay with my cousins and when I was babysitting I was able to take them outside to drive. I may have almost died a few times but it was time a fun time. When I came home I had my birthday party and I had Kaylee, Eden, and Jacey. I was able to spend time with my nephew. I may not have done a lot or spent a bunch of money on my spring break but it was stilll a lot of fun.
I stayed home for my spring break, but I was still pretty busy. From Monday-Friday, I had track practice every morning and then basketball practice during the afternoon. On Tuesday night, I went and rode my horse for a few hours and then went back home. I watched almost all of the college basketball games when they were on, but when they weren’t, I watched the show Arrow.
At the end of break, I went to a friend’s birthday party with three other girls. We all spent the night at her house, and we decided to go to the mall the next day to walk around and buy some things. Originally, we were going to go and get our nails painted, but decided not to as the wait would be an hour and a half. After the party, I went back home and slept until the new episode of The Walking Dead premiered.
For spring break all I did was go zip lining stay in a hotel in Kentucky for a night then go to an underground cavern to do zip lines in it. It was cool we were like a couple hundred feet underground. It was really fun but after we drove home and I did nothing else all spring break.
I have had a fun relaxing spring brake. I spent time with my grandparents and had fun with friends. Although I did not go anywhere I like to find the positive in all situations.
My break started on Saturday when I had a cheer competition in Louisville Kentucky, it was a 2 day competition and our 1st day was amazing, our performance was perfect. The second day was even better. We ended up being national champions. It was so exciting, we got national champion jackets and everything. Sunday night we drove down to fort Myers and got there on Monday morning. We spent most of our days at the beach and one day we went Kayaking in the mangroves, we saw 2 dolphins, a lot of crabs, and a ton of cool birds. We went parasailing at the beach and it was so fun. I had never been before so I was kind of nervous, but it was a blast. I was sad to leave but yet so excited to be home. My break was so fun and I wouldn’t have wanted to spend it any other way.
This spring break my family and I went on a cruise. We all had a lot of fun. While we where on the cruise we stopped at four ports, Cozumel, Honduras, Harvest Caye, and Costa Maya. I feel that Harvest Caye was the most fun. It was located in Belize. I also had a lot of fun on the days at sea. I overall had a great time.
Over spring break I did a variety of things. Beginning with going to a water park with my family and cousins. Then my family and I went to the escape room in Indy on Thursday night. That was really fun and exciting, and we escaped with 6 minutes left. On Friday we went to Indy again so we could go shopping. And on Saturday, we went to my cousin Mallory’s house to see her new baby.
The first portion of my spring break was mostly having a few friends come over and hang out. I was at my dad’s house for spring break this year and my mom and my sister went on a cruise for her senior trip. Shelley and I went to Chicago for a couple of days with my dad and my step mom. We went to the Science and Industry Museum, Shedd Aquarium, China Town, and Navy Pier. While in Chicago, Shelley and I found out that my step mom snores like a garbage disposal. When we were heading home we stopped at Purdue to have dinner with my sisters, Caitlyn and Libby. I went back to my mom’s house on Sunday afternoon and I bawled my eyes out because I was so happy to be home.
During spring break, I was ridding in the truck with my best friend Austin Leonard. Austin was driving his truck we were speeding down a country road. Austin didn’t see the railroad tracks coming and when he hit them his truck went airborn. On the way up I slammed my head on the seat then on the top of the truck. When we landed I slammed my forehead on the dash and I bit all the way through my tongue. I ended up in the hospital and I had to get twelve stitches in my tongue. I could only have liquids for four days. Now I have to cut my food into tiny pices and eat on the side. After all this I went to Chicago with Camryn. We had a fun time while I struggling to eat any food.
Over spring break I stayed home and got to spend time with my favorite cousin, Elly, and my boyfriend, Logan. I helped Logan’s older sister, Kinley, paint the inside of her house. I then spent the following Sunday at church with my cousin. I finally got to do some softball training with my dad during the week, and my first practice starts tomorrow. I finally got to catch up on sleep, and did a great devotional to finish off the week.
For spring break Hallie Bowden’s family and mine went on a cruise to Mexico. When we stopped the first time we made our way to a private beach. On this beach, we got to use paddle boards. Hallie and I have no experience about ridding a board while waves pound the sides. Once we waded out into the freezing water we tried to mount our boards. My brother Hayden got the hang of it easily, but Hallie and I didn’t. I got to stand up for about five seconds before the waves took over. Hallie on the other hand couldn’t stand up, but the one time she did, she flipped off and the board hit her in the head.
Over spring break I went to Longboat Key, Florida. I stayed at my grandma’s condo that had a beachfront view. On Wednesday we went kayaking in the bay. We were looking for manatees and after about 10 minutes we saw what looked like a baked potato, but the guide informed us that it was the nose of a manatee’s nose. It wasn’t as cool as I had anticipated, but I guess I should’ve expected less because manatees are nicknamed sea cows. The rest of the week we just hung out on the beach and went out for dinner.
Over spring break I went to Florida with my mom, sister, my sisters boyfriend, and Lexi humbert.we drove down to Jacksonville where my uncle lives. We spent the whole week there and we went to Daytona for a day. We spent the day there with my sisters friends.We went to st. Augustine on Thursday and we didn’t do that much there because it’s boring and historical. We spent most of our days on the beach.
For spring break I went to Ohio with my brother for a road trip, And I went to Indy with a few friends and went shopping at the Hamilton Square Mall all day. Then this weekend I went and worked out while my sister went tanning.
Thursday before break I had softball practice. I was in left field catching fly balls from the pitching machine. It my my turn and it was a little short and I run to go get it and I got to catch it and the ball clips my mitt and slams me right in my eye. The next few days I was laying at home with a black eye hearing my parents making jokes and teasing me.
For spring break, I went to Great Wolf Lodge with my friend. Other than that, I went to friend’s house, had friends come over to my house, and walked around Selma and Muncie.
Over my spring break my grandma wanted me to install two tv’s.(This means running the coax wire in the basement to where the tv needed to be installed) So I had to spend three hours in a 1840’s basement that had a mud floor. As I was going down there I look up and all I saw was thousands of spiders. So I cuntinued running wire while multiple spiders where crawling above me. I felt like they were all watching me and were about to pounce all at once and attack. But they didn’t and I finished running two houndred dollars worth of wire just for two new tvs.
What I did over spring break was go see my mom and my brother. We basically chilled, ate food, went shooting, my brother and I even wrote a song! My brother is working on being a producer and he has his own studio. He had me sing the song we wrote and recorded me! It was pretty fun 🙂
For my spring break I went to a cabin with my bud Zach for a few days. Then after we got back I worked on my truck. I ordered a new hood and rocker panel for it . I hope next year my spring break will be a lot fun. Just like this one .

We enjoyed listening to the sound of birds chirping while the warm country breeze hit our cheeks. Our dogs were excited to splash in the cool water. We threw sticks for them to chase, every time they would get out of the water they’d soon begin to pant again.
When it was time to come back up, we were a little sad. However, that was not the end to our fun. We lit a small bonfire near our barn and cooked hobo meals over the burning coals. We ended our night by roasting s’mores over the fire and watching our dogs play in the fields.

For spring break Hallie Bowden’s family and mine went on a cruise to Mexico. When we stopped the first time we made our way to a private beach. On this beach, we got to use paddle boards. Hallie and I have no experience about ridding a board while waves pound the sides. Once we waded out into the freezing water we tried to mount our boards. My brother Hayden got the hang of it easily, but Hallie and I didn’t. I got to stand up for about five seconds before the waves took over. Hallie on the other hand couldn’t stand up, but the one time she did, she flipped off and the board hit her in the head.
Over spring break I went to Longboat Key, Florida. I stayed at my grandma’s condo that had a beachfront view. On Wednesday we went kayaking in the bay. We were looking for manatees and after about 10 minutes we saw what looked like a baked potato, but the guide informed us that it was the nose of a manatee’s nose. It wasn’t as cool as I had anticipated, but I guess I should’ve expected less because manatees are nicknamed sea cows. The rest of the week we just hung out on the beach and went out for dinner.
Over spring break I went to Florida with my mom, sister, my sisters boyfriend, and Lexi humbert.we drove down to Jacksonville where my uncle lives. We spent the whole week there and we went to Daytona for a day. We spent the day there with my sisters friends.We went to st. Augustine on Thursday and we didn’t do that much there because it’s boring and historical. We spent most of our days on the beach.
For spring break I went to Ohio with my brother for a road trip, And I went to Indy with a few friends and went shopping at the Hamilton Square Mall all day. Then this weekend I went and worked out while my sister went tanning.
My spring break was alright lol. I went shopping a lot and that would have to be my fav thing.
Thursday before break I had softball practice. I was in left field catching fly balls from the pitching machine. It my my turn and it was a little short and I run to go get it and I got to catch it and the ball clips my mitt and slams me right in my eye. The next few days I was laying at home with a black eye hearing my parents making jokes and teasing me.
I mostly slept and ate food all spring break.
I didn’t miss anything about school or people.
I miss it already.
For spring break, I went to Great Wolf Lodge with my friend. Other than that, I went to friend’s house, had friends come over to my house, and walked around Selma and Muncie.
Over my spring break my grandma wanted me to install two tv’s.(This means running the coax wire in the basement to where the tv needed to be installed) So I had to spend three hours in a 1840’s basement that had a mud floor. As I was going down there I look up and all I saw was thousands of spiders. So I cuntinued running wire while multiple spiders where crawling above me. I felt like they were all watching me and were about to pounce all at once and attack. But they didn’t and I finished running two houndred dollars worth of wire just for two new tvs.
What I did over spring break was go see my mom and my brother. We basically chilled, ate food, went shooting, my brother and I even wrote a song! My brother is working on being a producer and he has his own studio. He had me sing the song we wrote and recorded me! It was pretty fun 🙂
For my spring break I went to a cabin with my bud Zach for a few days. Then after we got back I worked on my truck. I ordered a new hood and rocker panel for it . I hope next year my spring break will be a lot fun. Just like this one .
Over spring break I slept, ate, and facetimed. I didn’t do anything fun or exciting. I also watched Netflix.
Over Spring break, my brother and I went for a four mile walk along the creek side of my grandparents property. We enjoyed listening to the sound of birds chirping while the warm country breeze hit our cheeks. Our dogs were excited to splash in the cool water. We threw sticks for them to chase, every time they would get out of the water they’d soon begin to pant again.
When it was time to come back up, we were a little sad. However, that was not the end to our fun. We lit a small bonfire near our barn and cooked hobo meals over the burning coals. We ended our night by roasting s’mores over the fire and watching our dogs play in the fields.
